What is Counselling
Counselling provides a structured, confidential space to understand what you’re experiencing and work towards meaningful change.
This includes making sense of thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, as well as identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Where appropriate, this may also include psychoeducation around stress, trauma, and nervous system responses.

The first session focuses on understanding your situation and what you would like to change.
How I Work
My approach is practical and focused on real-life outcomes. I help you understand your experiences, clarify your values, and build healthier patterns. Where relevant, I also bring in a social work lens.
Fees and Medicare
Clients with a Mental Health Care Plan may be eligible for Medicare rebates. Private, WorkCover, DVA, and NDIS clients are also supported.
