approach at let's get it sorted
At Let’s Get It Sorted we have a passion for counselling processes that utilise the following therapies:
- Reality & Choice Theory - established in the 1960's by William Glasser - Reality Therapy teaches that we can only control ourselves.
- Recovery Orientated – here the client is the expert in their own life - all plans require ownership by client.
- Psycho-education – we can provide education to assist with mental health challenges.
- Behavioural interventions – here we empower clients to discover positive behavioural changes.
- Biopsychosocial model - looks at the interconnection between your biology, psychology, and socio-environmental factors.
We almost always have choices, and the better the choice, the more we will be in control of our lives - William Glasser
